Role Description The Software Support / ERP Implementer is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for supporting customers through the implementation and use of SAVIO ERP solutions. Day-to-day tasks include gathering client requirements, configuring and deploying ERP modules, and training users on system features and best practices. The role involves providing ongoing software support, diagnosing issues, coordinating with technical teams to resolve problems, and documenting solutions and processes.

The Software





Support / ERP Implementer will also assist in testing new features, supporting data migration, and ensuring that client operations run smoothly on the ERP platform.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Support and Technical Support skills to assist users and address their queries effectively.

Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Software Support skills to diagnose, resolve, and document software-related issues.

Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to understand client processes, interpret data, and configure ERP modules appropriately.

Relevant experience with ERP implementation, business process mapping, and user training is highly beneficial.

A background in IT, computer science, engineering, or a related field, with familiarity in databases and basic networking concepts, is preferred.

Strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients on-site are significant.

Prior experience in manufacturing or process-driven industries, especially laminate or similar sectors, is an advantage.
