Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with experience in the Private Markets domain, possessing strong expertise in Data Structuring and Data Modelling. The candidate should be capable of transforming complex financial datasets into meaningful insights while working closely with business and technology teams.

Mandatory Skills:

- Experience in Private Markets domain (Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Infrastructure, or Alternative Investments)
- Data Structuring
- Data Modelling
- Advanced SQL
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Data validation and quality analysis
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze, structure, and model financial and investment-related datasets.
- Design logical and physical data models aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assessments.
- Prepare dashboards, reports, and analytical insights.
- Support data governance and documentation initiatives.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve data availability and quality.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.




- Understanding of financial data models and investment lifecycle.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 46 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Robust understanding of the Private Markets ecosystem.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with business users and senior stakeholders.

Preference:

- Early Joiners will be preferred.
- Candidates available for immediate or short-notice joining will have an advantage.
