Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in DBT (Data Build Tool) and Apache Airflow to build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working directly with global stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

- DBT (Data Build Tool) Must Have
- Apache Airflow
- SQL (Advanced)
- Data Warehousing concepts
- ETL/ELT pipeline development
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Git/version control

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using DBT and Airflow.
- Build reusable and scalable data transformation models.
- Optimize SQL queries and data processing workflows.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across pipelines.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Business stakeholders.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance pipeline performance.
- Implement best practices for CI/CD, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or Databricks.




- Python programming.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of dimensional modelling and data lake architecture.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 46 years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing workplace.

Preference:

- Early Joiners will be preferred.
