Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and guide a scrum team of junior and senior full-stack engineers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product owners, senior management, and stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Architect, design, and develop enterprise application features using Azure cloud services, C# .NET Core, ReactJS, and other up-to-date frameworks.
- Implement and enforce DevSecOps principles across the development lifecycle.
- Oversee code quality, performance monitoring, and test automation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Manage container-based development using AKS, Service Fabric, and other cloud technologies.
- Utilize messaging queues such as RabbitMQ and Kafka for scalable communication between services.
- Lead the design and optimization of relational and NoSQL databases including MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Monitor and report on development metrics, code performance, and team efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the engineering team.
- Conduct performance appraisals, career path discussions, and manage critical team communications.
