Role Description This is a full-time remote Software Engineer role.

The Software

Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain software solutions that support AI research, training platforms, and consulting engagements. Daily responsibilities include implementing back-end services and APIs, writing clean and efficient code, and applying object-oriented programming principles to build scalable systems. The role involves collaborating with data scientists, AI researchers, and other engineers to integrate AI models into production environments, improve system performance, and ensure reliability.

Engineer will also participate in code reviews, contribute to technical documentation, and help refine engineering best practices within the team.

Qualifications

Robust foundation in Computer Science concepts, including algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.

Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.

Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including APIs, databases, and distributed systems.

Applied knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) in one or more modern programming languages (such as Python, Java, C#, or similar).

Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is beneficial.

Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts or enthusiasm to learn and work alongside AI researchers.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting, communicate clearly, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
