About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pega Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in the Pega Platform, case management, workflow automation, and integration capabilities, along with a passion for delivering scalable business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Build and customize workflows, case types, UI components,



and business rules.

Develop integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, and services.

Configure decisioning, routing, SLA management, and process automation.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Pega applications.

Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, coding standards, and governance.

Support deployments and provide production support when required.
