Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing automated test suites using ServiceNow ATF, ensuring platform stability, reducing regression testing efforts, and supporting continuous delivery of ServiceNow applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Build reusable test modules and test suites for ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Develop automated regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance test scenarios.
- Validate ServiceNow platform upgrades and releases through comprehensive automated testing.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, business analysts, and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain test data, test environments, and execution schedules.
- Analyze test execution results, troubleshoot failures, and document defects.




- Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps initiatives for ServiceNow deployments.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development and testing best practices.
- Generate test reports, dashboards, and quality metrics for stakeholders.
- Continuously improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules, including: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Service Portal
- Experience testing ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting concepts.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrade testing and regression testing.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP API testing.
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Knowledge of source control and deployment practices.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications.
