We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Engineer – RPA with strong expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting intelligent automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business productivity.

The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in RPA development, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a client-facing environment. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.

Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Develop scalable, reusable, and high-quality RPA components and workflows.

Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

Perform debugging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of deployed bots and workflows.

Ensure adherence to RPA development standards, best practices, and governance policies.

Prepare technical documentation, process design documents (PDD), and solution design documents (SDD).





Support production deployments and provide post-implementation support when required.

Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Coordinate with client teams and work from the client office as per project requirements. Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA).

Proficiency in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate development.

Candidate should be have 5+ years of process automation experience.

Have strong experience on UiPath & Power Automate programming

Have basic knowledge on C#, .Net and JavaScript

Have good experience on exception handling mechanism

Have experience on UiPath RE Framework and Power Automate Cloud flows & desktop flows

Should be having experience in working with excel, email, API, data base, web app automations

Have experience or knowledge on Orchestrator for deployments and monitoring

Experience in working with UiPath document understanding and Power Automate document intelligence

Ability to create PDD (optional) and having knowledge in SDD

Ability to perform unit & functional testing on the bots

Ability to understand the process and analyze the business workflows

Have the Agentic AI workflow development knowledge is plus

Solid in communication skills to handle clients individually if required Preferred Qualifications

UiPath Certification and/or Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Experience in process assessment and automation feasibility analysis is desirable.
