Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.

Build clean, reusable, and optimized code with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend applications with backend services.

Integrate and maintain WhatsApp Business API solutions, including messaging workflows, automation, and third-party API integrations.

Implement and manage Instagram DM automation workflows for creator and brand communication use cases.

Work with Gupshup APIs for messaging automation, chatbot integration, and communication workflows.

Configure and manage applications through Meta App / Facebook Developers Console, including permissions, webhooks, tokens, and app integrations.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.

Write efficient algorithms and optimize application performance using strong DSA fundamentals.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues while ensuring application reliability.





Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices, coding standards, and version control workflows.

Contribute to AI-powered features or products by leveraging modern AI frameworks where applicable.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems. Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in Node.js, React.js, and MongoDB

Good understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3

Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms

Experience building REST APIs and full-stack web applications

Hands-on experience integrating and working with the WhatsApp Business API

Working knowledge of Instagram DM automation

Experience with Gupshup APIs and messaging platforms

Familiarity with Meta App / Facebook Developers Console, including app setup, webhook configuration, and API permissions

Understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows

Ability to write clean, optimized, and scalable code

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Good to Have

Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications

Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks

Experience integrating AI APIs or building AI-driven projects

Familiarity with cloud platforms, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines Eligibility

B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

BCA + MCA candidates are also eligible
