About The Role We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Manual Tester specializing in Health Claims processing within the TCS BaNCS platform. The ideal candidate will possess domain expertise in health insurance claims workflows and demonstrate hands-on experience with TCS BaNCS. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of health claims modules, contributing to the overall quality assurance process.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and domain experts to validate claim adjudication, settlement, and payment processes, ensuring they align with regulatory standards and business requirements. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline,



preferably with relevant experience in the insurance domain. Prior exposure to health insurance claims processing and familiarity with the TCS BaNCS platform are essential. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent documentation capabilities.

Basic SQL knowledge is preferred to facilitate data validation and troubleshooting. Additionally, experience with test management and defect tracking tools will be advantageous. Candidates must have a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities Perform comprehensive end-to-end testing of health insurance claims modules within TCS BaNCS, ensuring all workflows function as intended.

Validate claim adjudication, settlement processes, policy linkages, and payment workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Develop detailed test cases and scripts based on business requirements and functional specifications.

Execute functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to verify system robustness.

Log, track, and verify defects or issues identified during testing phases, coordinating with development teams for resolution.





Ensure all testing activities adhere to regulatory guidelines, business rules, and quality standards.

Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective test cases.

Participate in defect review meetings, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports for audit and compliance purposes.
