Location: Any TCS location in INDIA (WFO) Role summary

Design, build, secure, test, and operate API proxies and shared flows on Apigee (X/Hybrid), collaborating with product, backend, and platform teams. Key responsibilities

- Design and implement API proxies, policies, and shared flows (FlowCallout, OAuth, SpikeArrest, Quota, KVM, JS/Java callouts)




- Package and promote proxies across environments with CI/CD • Implement security (mTLS/TLS, API key, OAuth2/JWT), threat protection, and rate limiting policies; manage KVMs/keystores/truststores.
- Create OpenAPI specs; create API Products & app registrations; support developer onboarding/portals.
- Add instrumentation and use Apigee Analytics dashboards; troubleshoot with Debug/Trace
- Monitor API metrics via Analytics

Required skills & experience

- 4–6 years building APIs; 4+ years hands on with Apigee (X or Hybrid).
- Solid in REST, HTTP, OAuth2/JWT, TLS, JSON/XML; policy design and error handling.
- Comfortable with Postman or equivalent for automated tests.
