- Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
- Software Development: Architecture the Project and assign development task to team members
- Team Management:Coordinate and lead a multidisciplinary team of developers, QAs, UI/UX.
- Risk and Issue Management:Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance:Work closely with QA teams to address defects and ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal leadership.
- Client Site Traveling: Travel and meet with different stakeholders.
- Project Closure: Follow desired approach to close the project
- Requirements
- Educational Background:
- BE/BTech/ME/MTech in CS, IT, Mech,



Civil or a related field.
- PMP,/PRINCE2, or equivalent Certification
- Experience:
- 8+ Years Total Exp, 5+ years of experience managing software development projects.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Full Working knowledge of Software Development.
- Skills:
- Solid leadership skill, Very good in Software Development skills,
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Nice to Have :
- Agile-specific certifications.Hands-on experience in programming or understanding of technical architecture.
