Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team in Vapi.

The Software Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining software applications, with a focus on creating secure, reliable, and scalable solutions that support healthcare and business operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Writing clean, efficient, secure, and maintainable code.

Developing and maintaining web applications, back-end services, APIs, and database-driven systems.

Integrating front-end components with server-side application logic.

Identifying and fixing bugs, application errors, and performance issues.

Deploying, configuring,



and maintaining applications on live or production servers.

Troubleshooting application, database, API, hosting, and server-related issues.

Participating in requirement analysis and technical design discussions.

Collaborating with product management, quality assurance, implementation teams, and other developers.

Following coding standards, security best practices, documentation guidelines, and software development procedures.

Supporting existing applications and implementing enhancements based on business and client requirements.

This is a full-time, in office position based in Vapi, Gujarat, requiring close coordination with local stakeholders, clients, project teams, and other team members.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, software development practices, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

Proficiency in PHP and Java is required.

Working knowledge of additional programming languages such as Python, C#, or similar technologies will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of MySQL, including database design, SQL queries, joins, relationships, indexing, stored data management, and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience in web application development, including front-end integration, back-end development, APIs, databases,



and server-side frameworks.

Practical experience in deploying, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting web applications on live or production servers.

Familiarity with web servers, hosting environments, domain configuration, DNS, SSL certificates, application deployment, debugging, and production issue resolution.

Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and convert them into suitable technical solutions.

Ability to write clean, secure, maintainable, scalable, and well-documented code.

Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and collaborative software development workflows.

Good problem-solving skills, analytical ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Ability to work independently as well as effectively within an on-site development team.

Candidates should hold a B.E./B.Tech, BCA, or MCA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with healthcare software, HMIS, enterprise applications, or government technology projects will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Preferred Skills

Experience with PHP frameworks or MVC-based applications.

Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Experience working with Linux or Windows-based production servers.

Understanding of application security, database security, and secure coding practices.

Experience in software deployment, server monitoring, backups, and production support.

Familiarity with healthcare workflows or hospital management systems is an advantage.
