About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer / MIS & Data Analysis Expert to support large-scale agriculture and e-Governance projects. The candidate will be responsible for application development, MIS reporting, data analytics, dashboard creation, database management, and data quality assurance to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance web-based applications and MIS platforms.

Design APIs, automate workflows, and support system integrations.

Collect, validate, process, and analyze large datasets.

Create MIS reports, dashboards, and management insights using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle)



and optimize data quality.

Support analytics related to beneficiary, transaction, and scheme databases.

Coordinate with government departments, vendors, and stakeholders for data validation and reporting.

Required Skills

Experience in .NET / Java / Python / PHP development.

Robust SQL and database management skills.

Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.

Knowledge of data analytics, reporting, and dashboard development.

Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder coordination skills.
