Job Title: Software Development Intern About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Software Development Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building software, solving real-world problems, and learning across multiple areas of a growing technology company. While your primary responsibility will be software development, you should also be comfortable interacting with customers and supporting field operations whenever required.

Key Responsibilities: Software Development (Primary) Develop, test, and maintain web and mobile applications. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Debug issues and implement bug fixes. Collaborate with senior developers on new features and product improvements. Participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Learn and work with modern development frameworks and tools.

Customer

Support & Field Operations (As Needed) Visit customer locations to assist with product installation, onboarding, and training when required. Help customers understand product features and best practices. Gather customer feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the development team. Assist in troubleshooting software or basic hardware issues during customer visits. Support the operations team during product launches, demos,



and onboarding activities.

Required Skills Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, or similar). Understanding of software development fundamentals. Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi. Willingness to learn new technologies and take ownership.

Preferred Skills Experience with React, React Native, Node.js, Python, or similar technologies. Knowledge of REST APIs and databases. Basic understanding of mobile application development.

Candidate Profile

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Comfortable working in both office and customer-facing environments.
