Aptitude Support (Basic Verbal & Logical Reasoning)

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree in English, Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or a related discipline.

Certification in Training & Development, Learning & Development, Behavioural Training, or Instructional Design will be an added advantage.

Excellent command of spoken and written English.

Experience

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Soft Skills, Behavioural Skills, Corporate Training, or Employability Training.

Experience in delivering Campus-to-Corporate or placement-readiness programs for higher education institutions is highly desirable.





Corporate training experience will be an added advantage.
