Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Soft Skills Trainer role based in Jaipur. The trainer will design and deliver interactive sessions on communication, life skills, and skilled behavior for students preparing for placements in the tech sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning training curricula, creating engaging learning materials, conducting classroom and workshop-based sessions, and using assessments or feedback tools to track learner progress.

The role also involves mentoring students on interview preparation, group discussions, and corporate etiquette, and collaborating with other trainers and program managers to continuously improve training content and delivery.



The trainer is expected to maintain high levels of learner engagement, adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs, and contribute to FACE Prep’s overall training quality standards. Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills to deliver engaging sessions and manage groups of learners effectively.

Candidates should possess Training & Development skills, including curriculum planning, classroom facilitation, and learner assessment.

Candidates should possess expertise in Life Skills, such as problem-solving, time management, and professional etiquette.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with students and colleagues clearly and professionally.

Candidates should possess comprehensive Soft Skills capabilities, including interpersonal skills, teamwork, and confidence-building techniques.

Relevant experience in classroom training, corporate training, or academic mentoring is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree in any discipline; degrees in education, psychology, management, or related fields are an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple batches, and adapt training styles to diverse student backgrounds.

Comfort with basic digital tools (presentations, online resources) and openness to continuous learning and skill upgradation.
