Role Description This is a in office Social Media Intern role based in Gurugram.

The Social Media

Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and audience engagement. Daily responsibilities include assisting with campaign execution, monitoring social media channels, researching trends in medtech and healthcare, and preparing performance reports. The intern will collaborate with marketing and communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with Univlabs’ brand and mission.

The role may also involve basic community management activities such as responding to comments, coordinating with internal stakeholders for content inputs, and proposing ideas for new formats or platforms.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal expression suitable for digital audiences.





Knowledge of marketing principles and an interest in applying them to social media and brand-building.

Ability to contribute to media planning and new media initiatives across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

Research skills to identify relevant trends, audience insights, and competitor activities in medtech and healthcare.

Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, basic Excel or Google Sheets).

Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related field.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Interest in healthcare, medical technology, or innovation-driven organizations is an advantage.
