We are looking for a Social Media Strategist & Content Planner who lives and breathes ideation, trends, and storytelling. This role is not about editing or designing, but about thinking—creating powerful content ideas, structuring content calendars, and clearly guiding editors and designers to bring the vision to life exactly as intended. Key Responsibilities

Ideation & Strategy

Ideate high-impact social media content for Instagram (reels, carousels, stories)

Research trends, hooks, formats, and content angles relevant to each brand

Develop content strategies aligned with brand positioning and growth goals

Content Planning

Create detailed weekly and monthly content calendars

Plan content buckets, themes, and posting frequency

Ensure balance between brand, engagement, and growth-focused content

Creative Direction

Brief editors and designers with clear instructions, references, and vision

Review drafts and provide structured feedback to improve output





Ensure final content matches the original idea, tone, and strategy

Execution & Coordination

Manage multiple client strategies at the same time

Work closely with internal teams to maintain consistency across brands

Ensure timelines and publishing schedules are met

Should be able to coordinate with other strategists Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong understanding of Instagram content strategy and growth

Proven ability to ideate reels and carousel concepts

Experience creating content calendars

Ability to clearly communicate creative vision to editors/designers

Excellent written communication and organizational skills

Ability to work 9–5 PM EST consistently
