Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement for WACHSTUM INDUSTRIES’ wire and cable products.

Day-to-day tasks include developing social media campaigns, managing posting calendars, monitoring platform performance, responding to comments and messages, and coordinating with internal teams for product information and visual assets. The specialist will analyze metrics, prepare performance reports,



and optimize campaigns to support broader digital marketing and lead-generation goals. Collaboration with sales and marketing colleagues to align messaging and maintain a consistent brand voice is essential.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management and campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation skills, including copywriting, basic design, and multimedia adaptation.
- Candidates should possess Digital Marketing and Marketing skills to support integrated online campaigns.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant experience managing social media channels for brands in B2B or manufacturing industries is beneficial.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic SEO principles is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
