Job Responsibilities
Develop and manage business with institutional customers in the assigned territory.
Generate current business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing institutional clients.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Handle key accounts such as hospitals corporate institutions government departments educational institutions hotels and other institutional customers.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Coordinate with distributors to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
Negotiate commercial terms with institutional customers while maintaining company profitability.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
Prepare sales reports market feedback and business updates for management.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline
2–5 years of experience in Institutional Sales.
Experience in Personal Care Healthcare OTC or Consumer Products industry preferred.
Solid knowledge of the Bangalore institutional market.
Positive communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
