/n Key Responsibilities
/n Lead end-to-end global Product Quality Complaint (PQC) operations for a team of approximately 200+ professionals.
/n Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, CAPA governance, and quality performance across complaint management processes.
/n Manage customer escalations and build solid stakeholder and client relationships.
/n Drive operational transformation through automation, AI, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives.




/n Lead strategic governance programs and support regulatory inspections and audits.
/n Deliver business outcomes by achieving KPIs, SLAs, financial targets, and customer satisfaction goals.

/n Build and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of quality and compliance.

/n Required Experience
/n 12+ years of experience in the Medical Devices industry, preferably in a Medical Devices BPO workplace.

/n 8–10+ years of leadership experience managing large-scale global operations.

/n Strong expertise in: /n /n Product Quality Complaints (PQC)

/n Post Market Surveillance (PMS)
/n Vigilance
