Job Description Role:

/n We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate student counsellor to join our team. The responsibilities of the Counselor/Sr. Counsellor includes Engaging with potential students to share information about courses, admissions, and financial assistance, while fostering solid connections and meeting enrollment objectives.

/n Key Responsibilities: /n /n Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, and Whats App to understand their educational goals.

/n Provide detailed information about programs, university partnerships, and career outcomes.
/n Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
/n Meet and exceed Weekly/monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
/n Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiry to admission.




/n Assist students in application submission, fee payment, and documentation.
/n Build and maintain robust relationships with potential learners.
/n Guide students through financial aid, scholarships, and installment plans.

/n Stay updated on trending courses, competitor programs, and industry requirements.

/n /n Education & Experience
/n /n Bachelor's degree in any stream.
/n Excellent active listening and communication skills.
/n Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.
