Job Description HIRING – ASSISTANT MANAGER RECRUITMENT (BFSI & FINANCIAL DOMAIN)

/n Requirements: /n /n Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 7+ years of experience in End-to-End Recruitment.

/n Solid expertise in BFSI, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance & Financial Domain Hiring.
/n Experience in managing mid-level to leadership hiring mandates.
/n Proven ability to handle stakeholder management, workforce planning, and recruitment strategy.
/n Hands-on experience in sourcing through Job Portals, Linked In, Social Media, Employee Referrals, and Vendor Management.
/n Must have experience in mentoring and leading a team of recruiters.
/n Solid understanding of recruitment metrics, SLAs, hiring funnels, and reporting.

/n Excellent communication, people management, and client engagement skills.

/n Drive end-to-end recruitment for BFSI and Financial Services clients.
/n Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
/n Partner with business leaders and hiring managers for manpower planning.
/n Manage recruitment operations, team productivity, and quality deliverables.
/n Ensure timely closures while maintaining recruitment compliance and candidate experience.

/n Track hiring performance through dashboards and recruitment analytics.
