Job Description Job Title: Regional Operations Manager
/n Experience: 8 to 11 years
/n Responsibilities: /n Managing and coordinating Operational Activities of the Region
/n Drive Regional team to achieve assigned regional targets
/n Review & expand assessment compatible Nodes Infrastructure in the Region
/n Build robust relationship with partners
/n Review and ensure Policy Compliance
/n Manage cost
/n Presentation/Meetings with the Clients/Partners
/n Reviewing and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly Performance
/n Reviewing measures to achieve performance targets
/n Attending conferences, events, and meetings as per the schedule
/n Resolve operational and other technical issues in the Region
/n Maintain communication with Delivery, Sales and Admin teams on regular basis
/n Lead the planning and delivery of effective,
effective, and sustainable operations across the Region
/n Ensure that delivery is in line with budgets and key performance indicators
/n Monitor, coach, support, motivate and develop team members
/n Manage risk for all the services in the region on an on-going basis, giving early insight into any issues. Ensure that all service delivery is within and compliant with relevant regulatory frameworks and contract requirements.
/n Exposure in handling external agencies (with legal help). He should lead from the front.
/n Exposure in crowd management.
/n Understanding Local Area Networking will be an added advantage.
