Job Description Executive- Technical Support

/n We are looking for an experienced brewery skilled to strengthen our Manufacturing Excellence team.

/n Key Responsibilities

/n /n * Exposure of brewing, fermentation, filtration, packaging, utilities, engineering, and quality systems across breweries.
/n * Identify process gaps, operational risks, and improvement prospects, and drive CAPA implementation.
/n * Benchmark brewery performance and support manufacturing excellence initiatives.
/n * Review engineering projects, utilities, process optimization, and techno-commercial proposals.
/n * Prepare technical reports, MIS, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
/n * Coordinate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to improve operational performance and cost efficiency.




/n /n Qualifications & Experience
/n /n * B.E./B. Tech. in Brewing, Chemical, Food Technology, Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
/n * 8–15 years of experience in brewery, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
/n * Robust knowledge of brewery operations, engineering, utilities, quality systems, and process improvement.
/n * Exposure to technical audits, CAPEX projects, vendor evaluation, and manufacturing KPIs.
/n * Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, SAP/ERP, and preparation of MIS and technical reports.
/n * Excellent analytical, auditing, communication, and report-writing skills.
