We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to join our team.

Experience Required:
3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare and file GST and TDS returns within the prescribed timelines.

Handle GST reconciliations and ensure compliance with all statutory regulations.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.

Process vendor payments and maintain vendor/customer ledgers.

Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliations.

Maintain payroll records and support salary processing (if required).





Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.

Com) or a related field. M.

Com or relevant certifications* will be an added advantage.
3 years of hands-on experience in accounting.
Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in Tally, Busy, or similar accounting software.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
