Eligibility
PhD in Human Resources, Organisational Behaviour, HR Analytics, Finance, or a related management discipline is preferred.
MBA/PGDM with specialisation in Human Resources or Finance from a reputed institution with a robust academic background.
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in academia and/or industry.
Candidates with teaching experience in leading B-schools or senior industry specialists with significant functional leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Deliver high-quality teaching using case-based, experiential, and technology-enabled pedagogy.
Demonstrate robust domain expertise in the relevant discipline:




Human Resources: Organisational Behaviour, Talent Management, Performance Management, Industrial Relations, HR Analytics, and related areas.
Finance: Corporate Finance, Investments, Financial Markets, Financial Analytics, and related areas.
Contribute to research and scholarly publications in reputed journals.
Support accreditation initiatives such as NBA and AACSB.
Build strong industry relationships to facilitate placements, live projects, internships, consultancy, and Management Development Programmes (MDPs).
Participate in curriculum development, academic administration, mentoring, and other institutional development initiatives.
