About the Role

We are looking for a highly accountable Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and process improvements. This isn't a routine accounting role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, identifies opportunities for improvement, collaborates across teams, and helps build robust financial processes that scale with the business.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting, reconciliations, invoicing, and month-end/year-end closing.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow reports.
Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax,



and statutory compliance with timely filings.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external stakeholders.
Monitor internal controls and improve accounting processes.
Support budgeting, financial planning, and management reporting.
Leverage ERP systems and automation tools to improve efficiency.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
CA / CMA qualified (mandatory) with 3–5 years of accounting experience.
Solid knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and financial reporting.
Experience handling accounting across Singapore / India / US jurisdictions.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with automation or AI tools is an added advantage.
