Job Description Role Summary: /n We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with 10–15 years of experience to lead

/n complex, high-impact initiatives across technology and business domains. The role requires
/n robust executive presence, governance leadership, and delivery excellence to ensure
/n strategic objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and with high stakeholder

/n satisfaction.

/n Key Accountabilities

/n  Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and PMO standards.
/n  Define and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and change control.
/n  Establish robust governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms for senior leadership and steering committees.
/n  Serve as the primary interface with executive stakeholders, clients, vendors, and partners.
/n  Drive cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and performance across internal and external teams.
/n  Own financial management including budget planning, forecasting, cost control, and vendor SOW management.
/n  Ensure compliance with quality,



security, regulatory, and audit requirements.
/n  Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery models as appropriate to project needs.

/n  Champion continuous improvement, lessons learned, and organizational best practices.

/n Required Experience Capabilities: /n  10–15 years of proven experience managing medium to large-scale, complex projects.

/n  Robust expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
/n  Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multi-vendor delivery models.
/n  Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
/n  Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile, and traditional project management methodologies.
/n  Experience in enterprise or global delivery environments.

/n  PMP, Atlassian, Salesforce, Scrum or Agile certifications.

/n  Expertise on AWS, Azure and GCP platform

/n  Experience with PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Salesforce or equivalent.
