/n Job Summary:

/n We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Waitress to provide excellent food and beverage service to our guests. The ideal candidate should ensure customer satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and uphold the restaurant's service standards.

/n Key Responsibilities: /n /n Greet customers promptly and courteously as they arrive.

/n Present menus and explain daily specials, if applicable.
/n Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
/n Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
/n Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each course.
/n Address customer questions or concerns with professionalism and escalate when necessary.




/n Explicit and reset tables for the next guests.
/n Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the POS system.
/n Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
/n Follow all health and safety regulations.

/n Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

/n /n Qualifications: /n /n Diploma in Hospitality Industry

/n Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
/n Excellent communication and customer service skills.
/n Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting.
/n Positive attitude and qualified appearance.
/n Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
/n Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
