/n Budget: Up to ₹60 LPA
/n Experience: Minimum 10 years in FMCG/Personal Care operations
/n /n Key Responsibilities:
/n /n Lead end‐to‐end operations: manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, customer fulfillment.
/n Drive customer service KPIs: Fill Rate, OTIF, and inventory accuracy.
/n Oversee demand planning with close coordination between manufacturing units and sales.
/n Ensure manufacturing excellence: process optimization, compliance (ISO, GMP), and productivity improvement.
/n Own cost and efficiency initiatives with direct impact on P&L.;
/n Provide robust people leadership, managing large teams and cross‐functional collaboration.
