What You'll Do
Find and connect with candidates via Linked In and job portals
Help schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
Support onboarding of recent team members
Maintain HR trackers and employee records
Assist in team engagement activities and HR initiatives
What We're Looking For
MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR (pursuing or recent graduate)
Positive communication skills
Organized and proactive mindset
Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and Linked In
Eager to learn and grow in a startup environment
