Job Description Key Responsibilities:

/n /n Accounts Receivable & Payable, TDS working & quarterly returns, Advance tax & E-payment, GST working, Bills checking & booking, Documentation & Filing, Month/Quarter/Year End closing, Reconciliations, working knowledge of balance sheet preparation, finalization of accounts, taxation, auditing.

/n Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
/n Accounting knowledge pertaining to entries/JVs in books of Accounts

/n The incumbent will be responsible for vouching of expenses, Debtors/ Creditors Ledgers, Vendor Payment, GST and TDS Returns, Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, and Statutory Audits.

/n Checking all accounts vouchers like purchase, sales and cash
/n Handle day-to-day accounting work like payments, passing journal entries, generating accounting reports.
/n To prepare independently TDS, GST, Advance Tax, Income tax working & filing of Returns, etc.
/n To Assist in the finalization of accounts




/n Responsible for accounts Payable and accounts Receivable ensuring analysis for outstanding balances of creditors before releasing of payment.
/n Prepare and post year end journals like accrual, deferred income, amortization, reclassification & adjustment entries
/n Reconcile Balance sheet control accounts, investigate issues and report / rectify the same

/n Detailed Variance analysis of P & L items and reporting on the same.

/n Prepare and finalise corporate tax computations and returns

/n To supervise regular feedings of data from vouchers, registers and ledgers into accounting software and generate monthly and cumulative financial data and statement as per standard formats

/n /n Must have for the role of Senior Accountant/CA: /n /n Minimum 4 to 6 years of accounting experience.
