Job Description Strategic Planning

/n /n Identify and develop current market opportunities, makes recommendations based on emerging trends, opportunities and threats
/n Own the supply plan for the designated region in order to meet the business plan and goals.
/n Enable transactions from on-boarded Bus Operators

/n Responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to revenue maximization, wallet share improvement

/n Manages and maintains Group and Transient inventories, updated knowledge on industry trends and periodic market research.
/n Act as the organization's first level manager to promote positive relationships and solid partnerships with bus operators for the benefit of the organization.

/n Develop unique ways to grow the business with your customer and provide solutions to management in the face of challenges.

/n /n Operational Efficiencies
/n /n Manage a team across the designated geography.
/n Go beyond Bus Operator hygiene parameters and evangelize Bus Operator engagement through adoption of deals,



RPW etc along with revenue wallet share maximisation
/n He / She is responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of operations, sign up new bus operators and maintaining relations with the existing ones
/n Should be up to date with the market knowledge of intercity bus travel and ensure that all opportunities to grow rebus's wallet share are tapped.
/n Engage Bus operators and increase participation on red Bus marketplace by effectively promoting all seller side products / platforms.
/n Ensure all issues pertaining to bus operators are resolved ethically and amicably
/n Address and resolve all escalated customer issues and continuously work towards improving NPS for the region.
/n Coordinate and follow up with all cross functional teams
/n Strengthen relationship with existing / current business partners and other relevant stakeholders.
