Data Entry Operator – Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems.

This role is ideal for candidates with good typing skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into company systems and databases
Verify data accuracy and correct errors when needed
Maintain records, files, and documentation properly
Review data for completeness and consistency
Generate basic reports as required
Handle confidential information with integrity
Meet daily/weekly data entry targets





Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Any Graduate / Intermediate
Positive typing speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
Robust attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic computer knowledge

Preferred Skills (Optional)
Experience in data entry or back-office work
Familiarity with Google Sheets or online tools
Basic understanding of data management
