About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our People team.

This role is ideal for MBA -HR students or recent graduates who want hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment within a quick growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate outreach.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-onboarding activities.
Assist with employer branding and campus hiring initiatives as needed.

Requirements




Pursuing or recently completed an MBA in Human Resources.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and coordination abilities.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is a plus.
Eagerness to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
