Role-Social Media Marketing

Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified to own and lead the strategy, planning, and execution of Novac's social media presence across all platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and others as relevant). This is not a generic social media role. It requires someone who can translate B2B fintech, insurtech, and eLearning narratives into platform-native content that engages C-suite, mid-management, and HR/L&D; audiences.

The person will ideate content, build and manage the monthly content calendar, coordinate with content and design teams, and independently handle publishing and analytics reporting across handles.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

- Develop the monthly social media content calendar aligned to campaign priorities, product themes, and corporate updates
- Define platform-specific content strategy (LinkedIn for decision-maker engagement, X for industry commentary, Instagram/YouTube for employer branding and culture)
- Balance content mix across: product/solution positioning (Digital Lending, InsurTech, eLearning), thought leadership, corporate updates, employee/culture stories, and event/webinar promotion

Content Ideation and Coordination
- Ideate post concepts and briefs for each platform, tailored to B2B audiences




- Work closely with the content team to convert briefs into copy (posts, captions, carousels, scripts)
- Work closely with the design team to ensure visual output matches brand guidelines and platform best practices
- Guide and review output from content/design teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and business relevance before publishing

Publishing and Community Management
- Own end-to-end publishing across all social handles
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond or route to relevant internal stakeholders (product, sales, HR, leadership) where needed
- Ensure consistent posting cadence and platform-specific optimization (hashtags, tagging, timing, format)

Analytics and Reporting
- Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, click-throughs, lead-relevant actions) on a weekly/monthly basis
- Identify top-performing content themes and formats; recommend adjustments to calendar and strategy
- Benchmark against competitor social presence in fintech, insurtech, and corporate L&D; space

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with product marketing to stay current on solution updates, feature launches, and positioning
- Coordinate with HR for employer branding and corporate update content
- Support campaign launches, event promotion, and webinar amplification through social
