We do brand foundation design, AI films, Content and communication strategies and create awesome digital assets and worlds for ambitious brands. Our work is cinematic, strategic and occasionally unsettling in how good it is. We need one more person in the room. The role:

Creative Brand & Social Media Professional

Ahmedabad · Full-time What you'll actually be doing:

Making crazy content that people save, share and screenshot, even at 1am.

Running digital campaigns that don't just reach people — they convert them.

Managing lead generation that actually generates leads. (Revolutionary, we know.)

Visualizing and transforming ideas into stories and narratives for the screens. (We'll, it can be an ad-film or a full-scale AI movie concept)

Designing content blueprints, funnels and calendars that have a point of view, not just a posting schedule.

Thinking in formats — Reels, carousels, stories, long-form, short-form, and whatever format gets invented next week. What we need from you:

You are creative but you also understand numbers. You know what a CPL is and you have opinions about it. You've run a campaign that worked and you know why it worked — not just that it did.

You don't need to be told what good content looks like. You already know.



It irritates you slightly when brands post things that are technically correct but completely lifeless.

You think the brand's digital personality and performance are the same thing. Because they are. The minimum bar:

Proven experience in social media content creation — minimum 1.5 to 2 years.

Some real lead generation work behind you, not just awareness campaigns.

Sound knowledge of applying different LLMs for different reasons. (AI is not how most people treat it to be you see). A portfolio that makes us immediately want to hire you.

An understanding of at least one major ad platform well enough to run it without help.

English... Strong command over the language is non-negotiable. The bonus bar:

Experience with AI-generated content. Even experiments count.

A personal account that you're not embarrassed to show us.

The ability to write copy that sounds like a human being, not a brand guideline.

AI prompt engineering is an old term now, lets say you are the current AI navigator in the world of content. Are you? What we don't need:

Someone who needs a brief to have an idea.

Someone who describes their aesthetic as "clean and minimal" while their portfolio is entirely white backgrounds and the same four fonts. We love Maximalism, period.

Someone who has never had an opinion about a piece of content in their life. Finally, apply only of you are based in Ahmedabad and can join immediately.
