Pixelpal Media is the creative and design vertical of Allianza Corp LLP, delivering brand storytelling, content strategy, and digital communication solutions across multiple industries. We are looking for a driven and creatively-minded Social Media Intern to support our content and social strategy team in growing brand presence across digital platforms.

ROLE OVERVIEW The Social Media Intern will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms, supporting campaign execution, community engagement, and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone looking to build hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and digital brand building within a quick-paced creative agency environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in developing and scheduling content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Draft engaging captions, posts, and creative concepts aligned with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Coordinate with the design and video teams to source and repurpose creative assets for social media.
- Monitor social media channels daily, respond to comments/messages, and support community engagement.
- Track and report basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) using platform analytics.
- Research industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging content formats to inform strategy.
- Support influencer outreach, collaborations, and UGC (user-generated content) initiatives as required.
- Assist with hashtag research, tagging, and SEO best practices for social content.




- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the content and social strategy team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for tone, grammar, and brand voice.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube) and their content formats.
- Basic understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement best practices.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work. PREFERRED SKILLS
- Prior internship or project experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or basic Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Basic video editing skills for short-form content (Reels/Shorts). WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
