We are hiring a Social Media Marketing Intern at One Degree Advisory. We work with students figuring out where in the world they want to study, and how to actually get there. Our Instagram is where most of them meet us first, so we need someone who can make that first impression count and turn it into enquiries. What you would do • Plan the monthly content calendar and batch a week of posts at a time

- Write hooks, captions and calls to action that move people from viewer to DM
- Edit reels, from raw footage to final export, including voiceover, captions and colour
- Design carousels, reel covers, story graphics and ad creative in Canva, and keep our templates consistent
- Manage posting, scheduling, stories and DMs
- Track reach, saves, shares and enquiries, and tell us what to do more of What we are looking for • Complete fluency in English, written and spoken. You will be writing captions, scripting voiceovers and speaking with students
- Working knowledge of Adobe Express
- Solid Canva skills with a portfolio or a few samples
- Real understanding of how Instagram works right now, including reels, hooks and retention




- Organised and able to hit a weekly publishing schedule without being chased
- Students, recent graduates and self taught creators welcome. Bonus points for After Effects, Meta Ads Manager or an interest in education. The details:

This is a paid internship for 3 months (extension possible). You will work directly with the founding team, own your own content pillars, and see your work go live from week one.
