Civiccraft Online Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring passionate and dedicated Social Media Marketing Interns to work on Project Prabal, a hyperlocal digital news network operated by Buzz Blaze Media.

Project Prabal spans 25 districts across Uttar Pradesh, managing 25 district-level Instagram pages and 10 regional YouTube channels that function as a synchronized digital newsroom. Every day, the network publishes 10–12 posts per page, including breaking news, reels, carousels, static creatives, and public utility updates.

This internship offers hands-on experience in managing high-volume social media operations, content publishing, audience engagement, analytics, and digital newsroom workflows. Roles & Responsibilities

Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite.

Adapt centralized content for district-specific branding.

Write and format engaging Hindi captions.

Publish Instagram Stories, Reels, Facebook posts, and YouTube Shorts.

Add subtitles and text overlays to video content.

Maintain district-wise hashtag libraries.

Moderate comments and report sensitive issues.

Review DMs and identify genuine news leads.

Track competitor pages and monitor local trends.

Perform daily missed-story analysis.

Maintain daily publishing trackers and weekly performance reports.

Organize digital assets, templates, and media libraries. Who We're Looking For

Passionate about social media, digital marketing, and content creation.

Active user of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Strong understanding of social media trends, viral content, memes, and internet culture.





Regularly follows current affairs, politics, elections, and breaking news.

Able to identify trending topics, hashtags, and viral formats quickly.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment.

Basic knowledge of Canva or Figma is preferred.

Good communication, organization, and time management skills.

Ability to write and format content in Hindi is an advantage. Important
