run our content calendar like it's your own group project except we actually show up design posts on Canva (yes we still use Canva, don't @ us)

shoot, edit, and package reels. You WILL learn to make things that don't look like a school project talk to influencers and content partners without freezing up or sending "Hii sir/mam ?" like it's 2015

basically be chronically online but make it a resume line who we actually want you live in PCMC (this is not negotiable, we're not funding your Ola rides from Baner)

you have 3 months free to give this your ACTUAL attention, not "I'll do it between classes"

you understand social media isn't just posting,



it's a whole language and you already speak it you can talk to strangers without your soul leaving your body bonus if you've never said "let's touch base" unironically carry your own laptop what you get (the actual good part)

learn how social media works at an actual brand level, not influencer-course-level level up your content and marketing skills for real

YOU get to be in the content. face, voice, whatever. built-in personal brand growth, free a WFH-proof excuse to say "I work in marketing" at family functions learn performance marketing, e-commerce, business - whatever interests you !

what you will NOT get a boss who says "circle back"

a job where you sit and watch YouTube tutorials for 3 months and call it "training"
