Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Marketing Fresher role based in Chennai. The role involves assisting in the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, supporting content creation with designers and writers, monitoring engagement metrics, and responding to audience interactions under guidance.

The fresher will help research trends, hashtags, and competitor activities, and contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and community growth.



The role also includes basic reporting on campaign performance and collaborating closely with the marketing team on integrated digital initiatives. Qualifications

Strong Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with creative teams, and engaging with online communities.

Creativity Skills to develop fresh content ideas, participate in visual storytelling, and support innovative social media campaigns.

Analytical Skills to interpret basic social media metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.

Foundational Marketing knowledge and interest in digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and brand building.

Basic understanding of Sales and how social media can support lead generation and client outreach.

Familiarity with major social media platforms and basic tools for scheduling and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights).

Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple tasks, and learn quickly in a fast-paced creative workplace.

Preferred: Degree or coursework in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields; any internship or project experience in social media is an advantage.
