Role: Social Media Marketing Executive (PWD Diversity Drive)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Social Media Marketing

Remuneration: Upto ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

Aesthesis Foundation is inviting applications for a Social Media Marketing Executive. We actively encourage Persons with Disabilities (PWD) to apply for this position. Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

Create, design, and schedule engaging content and visual creatives

Draft compelling captions and optimize hashtag strategies

Monitor community engagement and respond to inquiries





Track performance metrics and deliver analytical reports

Support online branding and targeted marketing initiatives

Eligibility Criteria

Persons with Disabilities (PWD) holding a valid UDID/Disability Certificate

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in social media management

Robust written and verbal communication skills

Hands-on familiarity with content design tools and social publishing platforms
