Hiring: Social Media Manager

Location: Delhi (Remote)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with the brand.
- Design creative graphics, posts, banners, and marketing materials.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media campaigns.
- Visit company locations for content creation, shoots, and brand storytelling when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and content formats.

Requirements

- Solid knowledge of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Proficiency in graphic designing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar software.
- Experience in video editing using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or equivalent.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel for company shoots and content creation when required.
