About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to help build and strengthen Wooble's online presence. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about content creation, social media trends, personal branding, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Wooble's social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram,Facebook, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and execute monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams to develop high-quality content.
- Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interactions.
- Support founder branding initiatives by creating and promoting personal brand content.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media opportunities.
- Track, analyze,



and report social media performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Assist in increasing brand awareness, audience growth, and lead generation through social media efforts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and social media analytics.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar design/editing tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
