Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Plan, conceptualize, and create reels, short-form videos, and trend-based social media content.

Design visually appealing Instagram posts, carousels, stories, and other marketing creatives using Canva.

Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas and execute social media campaigns.

Maintain consistency in brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity across all platforms.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and viral content formats.

Manage content calendars and posting schedules to ensure timely and consistent content publishing.

Monitor engagement and contribute ideas to improve audience growth and interaction.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Creation, or a similar role.





Valuable knowledge of Canva and major social media platforms.

Creative mindset with strong content creation and storytelling skills.

Ability to create reels and perform basic video editing.

Understanding of Instagram trends, hashtags, algorithms, and engagement strategies.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and keep up with changing social media trends.

Passion for digital marketing, branding, and social media growth.

Preferred Skills

Experience with content planning and campaign execution.

Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.

Knowledge of additional design or video editing tools will be an added advantage
