Position: Social Media Manager We're looking for a creative, strategic, and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence, create engaging content, and build a strong online community for the Satv Dairy brand.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).

Create and oversee high-quality reels, videos, photoshoots, product campaigns, and storytelling content.

Write compelling captions, campaign copies, and creative content aligned with the brand voice.

Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators for smooth campaign execution.

Plan and manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Monitor social media trends and create timely, engaging, and viral content.

Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer interactions.

Analyze campaign performance, prepare monthly reports,



and optimize strategies based on insights.

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.

Coordinate with the digital marketing team for paid social media campaigns.

Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging social media platforms.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

Proficiency in Canva and basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.

Experience with Meta Business Suite, analytics tools, and content scheduling platforms.

Creative mindset with strong organizational and project management skills.
