About Us Doris & Co. is a growing beauty and cosmetics brand focused on creating makeup and skincare content that connects with today's audience. We're looking for a creative, camera-comfortable intern who lives and breathes social media trends.

Role Overview We're looking for someone who can shoot and edit Instagram Reels daily featuring our makeup and beauty products someone who's genuinely passionate about makeup, understands trends, and isn't camera-shy.

Key Responsibilities

- Shoot and edit 1 Reel daily featuring Doris & Co. products (makeup tutorials, GRWM, product demos, trends, etc.)
- Stay updated with trending audios, formats, and beauty content styles on Instagram / YouTube Shorts

• Plan and maintain a content calendar
- Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags

- Track reel performance (views, likes,



engagement) and suggest improvements
- Coordinate with the founder / team for product shoots and content ideas
- Assist with basic community management (replying to comments and DMs)

Who We're Looking For • Genuine interest in makeup and beauty products • Comfortable being on camera and creating content

- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Reels editor, etc.)
- Creative eye for trends, transitions, and aesthetics
- Consistent and self-motivated must be able to deliver daily content • Prior content creation experience or a personal Instagram / social page is a plus (not mandatory)
